Chinese Air-defense troops stationed in Hong Kong conduct real-combat confrontation drill
Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) stationed in Hong Kong
showed proficiency on operating new-type homemade air-defense weapon
system by shooting down multiple models of air targets on September 19,
2012 in an air-defense troops’ real-combat confrontation drill organized
by the Guangzhou Military Area Command (MAC) of the PLA in complex
electromagnetic environment.

Chinese New-type Fighters in training
Chinese new-type( SU-27) fighters of an aviation unit
of the air force under the Jinan Military Area Command (MAC) of the
Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) flied to an unfamiliar sea waters
and organized training on such subjects as electronic confrontation and
medium-range missile attack, penetration and assault, valley flight and
so on, in a bid to lay a solid foundation for actual-combat.
