China this month test-launched a new submarine-launched bailistic  missile, a news report says. The report comes hard on the heels of claims republished without comment in the chinese  state media that Beijing tested a new intercontinental ballistic missile that can reach targets all over the U.S.

CHINESE NANSHA MISCHIEF REEF




Mischief Reef is located at latitude 9 degrees 55 minutes east longitude 115 degrees 32 minutes, the Mischief Reef is an atoll, about nine kilometers from east to west, 5.2 km wide from north to south. Mischief Reef in the middle of the lagoon, the depth of about 25.6 m. Four weeks reef 6 feet above water at low tide. 3 imports to enter the lagoon. All three entrances in the south and southwest, the large vessels at high tide through one of the largest in southern entrance into the lagoon. Navy to step up patrols after Chinese slayings


 The China  navy will reinforce its patrols along the Mekong River to help the four-nation effort in policing this transnational river, following the slaying of 13 Chinese sailors last year.

Chinese Navy and Commandos parapared to Kill Pirates



The Chinese South Sea Fleet recently conducted an anti-terrorism drill in which commandos flew to a merchant ship and then assaulted it by rappelling down from the helicopter and "cleared" the vessel of pirates and "rescued" the crew.  Chinese cargo ship, the "Delight", and its 25 man crew, was taken by Somali pirates. About the same time, a Chinese fishing boat, with a crew of 24, was also taken by Somali pirates off the coast of Kenya. China has said it will contribute forces to help deal with the Somali pirates.
