What said on the pic is that this is a new 35mm SPAAA of unknown model.
what can be said from the pics is that, at least externally, it draws heavy reference from the German Gepard in terms of layout and design. But armament wise that's a regression - without SAM, while the current unit carries it and world's trend in SPAAA is to carry SAM along as well.
